Maureen Madubansi DiMatteo
Maureen Madubansi DiMatteo moved to the United States on a self-sponsored F1 Visa to study at Lone Star College in Houston, Texas, where she has since established her life with her two sons. Over the years, she has worked in various corporate roles, including at Barclays Bank Zambia Plc, Wells Fargo Bank, and JP Morgan Chase (JPMC). She is currently employed as an Assistant Client Services Director for a non-profit organization.
Maureen is highly active in the Zambian community, serving as the current Vice President of the Houston Zambians Association and volunteer Board Chair for Zambian Adventist Women International. Having lived in Houston since 2004, she has broad experience with the local culture and business environment. Her background has equipped her with the skills to establish and maintain relationships, make decisions, and advocate for the interests of various stakeholders, including businesses, and the diverse Zambian diaspora community.
Maureen holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Texas A&M International University and a Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston.
