President of Western New Mexico University,Dr. Joseph D. Shepard Pays Courtesy Call On Ambassador Dr. Ngosa Simbyakula

President of Western New Mexico University, Dr. Joseph D. Shepard paid a courtesy call on Ambassador Dr. Ngosa Simbyakula. Dr. Shepard briefed Dr. Simbyakula about the various academic programs that Western New Mexico University offers. He also informed the Ambassador that there are currently three Zambian students fully sponsored by Western New Mexico University pursuing different disciplines.

Dr. Simbyakula and Dr. Shepard further explored possible areas for cooperation between institutions of higher learning in Zambia and Western New Mexico University.
