Procedures for Obtaining Military Records

A certificate of discharge from the Zambian Army or Zambian Air Force, or a Clearance Certificate from the Zambian National Service, is obtainable.

The application should specify the appropriate branch of service, and should be mailed to the following address:

Zambia National Defense Headquarters
Arakan Barracks
P.O. Box 1931
Lusaka, Zambia
